Atop Burke mountain, after a nice 5 minute cold plunge in a waterfall I tap into my heart and offer this podcast episode as a way to acknowledge you as a listener and, additionally, offer you a chance to check in with your heart.
In this episode, I intuitively flow into the topic of aknowledgement, gently pacing for the first bit and then sitting on the forest floor and connecting to the land. I reflect on the power of acknowledging others' impact on our lives, as well as the acknowledgement of our self, and our parts.
