IFS Parts Art Facebook group. I love this page for sake of the community of IFS focused artists it brings which I continue to draw inspiration from when I’m considering how to Map Parts using painting/drawing exercises.

Parts Work practice page. This group is massive and to be honest the monthly meetings, where very well designed, are not nearly as personable as my workshop, but this page has 2 monthly free practice meetings where you can explore Parts work, grow your community of IFS aficionados and is a great space to ask questions!
Aubrey Marcus interviews creator of IFS- Richard Schwartz
I found this podcast to be incredibly insightful and is rich with insights from Aubrey who has been using IFS for a long time in his personal growth, self-coaching, integrating ayahuasca and in his intimate relationship with his partner Vilanna. Listening to Richard Schwartz reflect on the model is deeply valuable.
I think that’s a good place to start, but rest assured I have plenty more resources in my backlog and am continually searching for more. Stay tuned for more resources next week!
